The Basement Level comprises of a Luxe Private Home Cinema, Whiskey Bar, AV Room, Powder Room and 1000 Bottle Wine Cellar.

The Ground Floor plan comprises of a Link area with Glass Roof over, Four Car Garage, Store Room, Bathroom, Gym Area, Outdoor Timber Deck, Covered Alfresco Dining Area and a Custom Built outdoor Sauna.

The First Floor area includes a Guest Suite with Built in Robes, Study Desk Area, Ensuite Bathroom and Roof Store areas.
